GeneEd: Genetics Education and Discovery is a new tool put out by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) and the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) which is designed to help non-scientists understand the basics of genetic information. It is written to be a supplement for the classroom teacher  but is also helpful for anyone wanting a basic understanding of genetics. It is a great resource for anyone who needs a refresher of the basic scientific concepts. It includes video tutorials and lesson plans for teachers.
