The Library is offering the following tours and events as part of Alumni Weekend:

Thursday, June 2
This Isn’t the Library I Remember: Tours of Regenstein and Mansueto Libraries
Location: Meet in the Regenstein lobby
The library remains at the center of campus life, despite vast changes in how we access information. Tour Regenstein’s renovated spaces and visit the Joe and Rika Mansueto Library for a behind-the-scenes tour of its innovative robotic storage and retrieval system to learn how the libraries have adapted.

Discussion | Integrity of the Page: The Creative Process of Daniel Clowes, LAB’79
Location: Meet in the Special Collections Research Center Exhibition Gallery
Curator Ashley Gosselar will introduce alumni to this Special Collections Research Center exhibition, which traces the evolution of cartoonist Daniel Clowes’ (LAB’79) artistic process from conception to production to publication.

Discussion | The Art and Adventuresome Life of Cyrus LeRoy Baldridge, PhB 1911
Location: Meet in the Special Collections Research Center Classroom
Jay Mulberry, AB’63, MAT’71, looks toward a summer Special Collections Research Center exhibition he will co-curate: The Art of Cyrus LeRoy Baldridge. Many of Baldridge’s fine book illustrations from World War I, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East are housed in the Smart Museum.
11 AM — Noon

If alumni visiting for the weekend celebration are unable to attend one of these tours or events, they are welcome to visit any of the libraries on their own.
